Boeing sued for ‘misleading investors’

Boeing has been slammed with another class-action lawsuit by shareholders who lost wealth when the value of the company drastically declined following the two fatal and preventable crashes of Boeing 737 Max 8 planes. RT America’s Sara Montes de Oca joins Scottie Nell Hughes with the details. #NVHughes #RTAmerica #QuestionMore

Mark my word. The airline companies will be suing Boeing for compensation if Boeing is found guilty of witholding vital safety information from the public.

Travellers and air crew unite: don’t fly on airplanes made by aircraft manufacturer that confuses pilots and do not act in the interest of safety of air crew, travellers and innocent people on the ground. All non-American aviation authorities where these airplanes operate MUST stand with travellers and air crew and set policy that if they want to put these type of airplanes back into service, every flight must be accompanied by a senior management person of this airplane manufacturer for a period of at least one calendar year. Otherwise, there’s an American breakfast problem of bacon and eggs, the hog is committed but the chicken is only involved. This way, the chicken becomes committed

Software again? Are you joking?? You need to reposition the engines, strengthen the main wings, raise the height of the landing gears and redesign the tail section to take the extra load of bigger engines. Over my dead body I will set one foot in that unstable airplane.

Wow look at all of the internet "experts" on here.
    Oh yeah, its RT.
Tragic the planes crashed and people died of course.
From the reaction of posters here, you'd swear no aircraft have ever crashed, that people were ever injured or died, and the echo chamber here represents most people, the aviation industry, or common sense.
    "Down with Boeing!"
    ""Burn the witches!"
You're all a bunch of pussy BS peddlers.
    Oh, damn, yeah.
    Keep forgetting-
"RT is funded in whole or part by the Russian government."
Anyone who works for them in the US has no conscience.
Anyone actually considering the slant and propaganda they push, is seriously mentally limited.
    Or a Russian paid troll.
    Which is ALL of you.
There's a reason Russian aircraft used for International flights are either Airbus (European), or American and
    NOT Russian.

the design upgrade of the 737 max is ultimately what is faulty… Boeing should eliminate the cause of the aircraft pitching up because of the more forward and upward location of its larger engines (thus the imbalance) which therefore required the MCAS in the first place… the MCAS is a proposed solution for a faulty design, and if the MCAS itself goes haywire, then one must fix not just the MCAS but the design itself!!!

Gonna be a bad year for boeing. It's gonna take all of 2020 to start making their money back.

Why did the FAA even approve this plane. What's the point of having a regulatory agency if it can't even do that.. regulate.

BOYCOTT American, Southwest and United for domestic flights…all operate the death machine known as the Boeing 737 Max series. Book your flights on Sky West, Delta or Jet Blue…none of these operate the 💀 Max.

the 737 airframe was not designed for the engines installed on the Max, thus flight characteristics were sacrificed to accommodate these engines. i would not trust a “software fix” to correct a major design flaw coupled with incompetent engineering

Relying on electronics to control flying of planes is really stupid.

Cutting corners in aviation is no GD joke, lives where lost and many more could be potentially in danger; beating Airbus "in the race"and having a bigger slice of the cake does not justify it. The current people running Boeing are such a disgrace, a real fucking shame.

Whole bunch of bad stuff going on here. Defective auto trim function, along with insufficient pilot training. With the second crash, the pilots almost recovered, but they were going way too fast though, approaching 500 knots. The high speed made it very difficult to manually lower the leading edge of the elevator with the jack screw to trim the plane properly. Their fatal error was turning the mcas system back on. Which in doing so did exactly the opposite of what they needed, and it happened fast, because they were going fast. Mcas system is at fault for sure, pilot training also. I have no doubt that they will fix this particular problem.
This aircraft has other problems stemming from poorly manufactured structural integrity components. Thats scary to me.
Even after the "fix" I will avoid taking a seat on this model of aircraft.
