We are in a capitalist economy, so why ask college athletes to offer their services in a manner like they are in a communist state!!!! :@

They're conflating sports with athletics which is not the same thing. Golf is a sport but it is not athletic. Just like starcraft 2 is a sport but is not athletic.

There is too much money involved in college sports. Not only for the coaches and their staff, but local hotels, restaurants and other businesses. All of them thrive on winning teams. So you will see more exploitation of athletes and academic/amateur status fraud. It’s a joke. These school go by “non profit” status and these schools rake in millions of dollars. We need more student athletes not ringers.

Seriously, is there anything that isn’t corrupt in America? That is the real shithole! Trump is the best thing to happen to that country! You can now see all the corruption, in Law, business, sports, schools! It’s a very cruel joke on the world.

NCAA compensation rules and structure are based on classism, racism, narcissism, and economic mismanagement.

They let white men in charge get paid for wins and losses and verbally and physically abuse athletes, make sure poor black men and women get hindered under rules, believe sports has relevance to academics, and hike up tuitions and increase debt burdens because they want to pay $100 million for athletic facilities.

My math isn't wrong. Go look at 42 schools in this century who paid $5 billion for athletic facility upgrades.

To be fair, E-sports should be compared to chess and maybe various target shooting sports. And you have paralympics where you call a person sitting in a wheelchair target shooting an athlete. I dont think there are many people out there with the stomach to write off disabled people who competes in various sports as non-athletes. Jesse simplifies this a lot because its a generational thing and i still love him. We need grumpy, yet wise and tough, old men to complain about the younger generations and new things because they bring important perspective and valid points, as it always has been throughout human history.

Well I guess Jesse is an old guy after all. These esports and competitive videogames have skill barriers. If everyone was equal in their ability a game like horse would be pointless that's not how videogames work.
